The Les Dames of the Hawaii chapter enjoyed a two day tour of Big Island Farms organized by Joan Namkoong. Les Dames d’Escoffier is a world wide philanthropic society of professional women leaders in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality. Lesley Hill, co-owner of WAG, is a Les Dames member. WAG attended the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau in San Francisco. Bay-area residents were treated to a night of Hawaiian food and products at the HVCB event in San Francisco. Chef’s from Hawaii were Alan Wong, Roy Yamaguchi and DK Kodama. Both DK Kodama and Alan Wong used the Fresh Hawaiian Heart of Palm in their delicious creations.
